...am members are very supportive. top management is not good. no company policies. no job security, salary is also not good. no career growth. only good for freshers. staff is very nice and supportive. only 2-3 people in top management has created all the mess in this baddi plant otherwise company would be very good.

salary not given on time never...Company owner has no business sense...typical marwari culture..no innovation,,,does not beleive on after sales service...company is in huge debt...do not join ...or else your future will be destroyed.

Company dont have any fixed salary and expense reimbursement date...they will provide based their financial position for that partcular month..
