... value an individual or it's part of his job to stretch more his subordinates. Compensation is good but growth is very slow.Appreciations will come through the year, but it isn't visible in appraisal.

The company started from 1967 is one of the leaders in textile printing arena. The products are designed to Carter the tier-2 and tier-3 level customers in India and abroad. The company has adiversified portfolio, and has a considerbly consistent growth since inception. Run by an Indian management which believes in humanity first, so job security comes first. A company with minimum attrition rate. One can secure a good paying job with considerable work life balance, with a calm working atmosphere. As number of employees are less, so is office politics.

Dislikes

The company has seen many up and down in all these years. The products seems to be outdated and requires major overhaul considering today's trends and competitive market. The value addition in products considering the years the company has been in the market is poor. I feel you can join this organisation after the age of 35, when your liabilities push you to work than your job satisfaction. You can peacefully retire here dishing out the same repeative work over all the years.
