Apart from my colleagues, there was nothing good about StoryPie. And the location of the office is very nice.

Dislikes

The most unstable company I’ve ever come across. Employees were being laid off for speaking up about the problems they were facing. This company is fairly new in the market and there is a dire need for them to be open-minded so that they can improve both internally and externally. Employees had to keep on reminding for 6 month that the company needs an SEO specialist so that the content reaches more people. And let’s not even get into the nepotism that runs in the company! Overall, the only reason I had good memories in the company was due to the people I was working with.

Just had to share this, I got a 100% hike!
I'm keeping this anonymous because I don’t want to disclose it in real life. After two years without a raise, I successfully negotiated a 100% increase at my current company. I focused on creating significant value and worked in cross-functional teams to learn as much as possible. There were times when I was overworked, but it was all worthwhile. I was confident that it was a mutually beneficial situation. My advice would be to choose your job wisely, create value in the right place, and don't be afraid to negotiate.
