I’m working in Bangalore for last 9 years. Currently I got 2 offers. 1. CTS - Bangalore (CTC - 22.7 LPA) 2. Deloitte - Hyderabad (CTC - 24.2 LPA) Is it good move to shift to Hyderabad for Deloitte ? Is it ok to ask the HR if my base location can be changed to Bangalore ? Please share your thoughts

You can't expect any support from Senior and HR.

Dislikes

HR policies are fake, mentione in the offer letter but they do not follow the same. HR shared offer of Intend letter but not shared proper offer letter. This is the 1st step they lie. Be careful before joining.

Dislikes

The system of Storia foods is not so good as compare to other company . If system will improve then work team will work properly . In some states like Jammu , the team will not work in the market ( e.g. Some team workers are not working properly in the market only sit at Super office only .)

Don't invest in this company, this people sending only old stocks, I lost almost 3 to 4 lak, I complained to the managing director but no use, all people mentality same in this company, Ramesh and agilan Shankar no 1 cheaters
