Fast changing environment, agile & cross functional teams. Pays salary(fixed) on time. Cleanliness and hygiene maintained in the office building.

Regardless of your nature of job, KRAs and responsibilities you are made to travel for sales and business development. Variable Pay is merely a number on your offer letter, they don't pay it in actual. Very high attrition rate at all levels & constantly changing basic processes. High quantum centralisation in management for decisions of high and low values. Low to no soft skills possessed middle level managers.

Work culture not there, Zero percentage job security, everyday the policies will change.. Not to advice to this to all workers..

High politics in the family management, salary for this covid19 period is very low.. Now not to advice to new employees..

That COVID time I lost my job suddenly management is stop payment mode in my job. Finally asking and told resignation letter my side so will give ur previous salary as f&f time. So that time every situation is not good COVID time so I lost my job.there is no such more funds to continue to long term on this company.this my side msg only.
