That COVID time I lost my job suddenly management is stop payment mode in my job. Finally asking and told resignation letter my side so will give ur previous salary as f&f time. So that time every situation is not good COVID time so I lost my job.there is no such more funds to continue to long term on this company.this my side msg only.

...a RMs not come in market visit and not solve any problem. Hr department Poor . Salary date not fix . Distributor payment date not fix . Vehicle claim waiting for 2 month . Insurance policy not cleared to HR .

This is an Ecommerce Company whose worked like Commission based. There are no agenda to focus that where we will be involved. Employees unable to decide there goal that what should be saled like. DIGITAL WALLET, FMCG, MOBILE PHONES ETC. Company work through is Distributer to channels partners. Every order of product will be prepaid and delivered after 5 to 7 days. Product is rate is high then other like Amazon, Flipkart, Snapdeal, Shopclus etc. Totally unhappy to work

Salary is on time, Teammates is done yearly. Company is not getting training to employee. TA/DA is Reimburse after 2months No appraisal No job security even company is not getting notice period.

My Teammates are awesome especially my Managers, I never got these kind of team ever in my career.

Fast changing environment, agile & cross functional teams. Pays salary(fixed) on time. Cleanliness and hygiene maintained in the office building.

Regardless of your nature of job, KRAs and responsibilities you are made to travel for sales and business development. Variable Pay is merely a number on your offer letter, they don't pay it in actual. Very high attrition rate at all levels & constantly changing basic processes. High quantum centralisation in management for decisions of high and low values. Low to no soft skills possessed middle level managers.
