There is nothing good about this company.

...R - Despite of repeated employees suggestion company is not hiring even 1 HR. 2. No on time salary - Every month salary is delayed by 10 to 15 days. 3. No PF Credit - After deducting PF from the salary they are not crediting it to PF accounts of the individuals since Dec 2022. 4. No Proper Management - if we have any doubt on the policy or anything related to company you don't know who will have an answer for this. 5. Immediate termination without even Notice - Many people have been terminated not because they don't have a project or productivity but due to anything said against management they will be fired. 6. No office setup - They don't even have a office anywhere in India, the given address in the website and the documents are fake. 7. No Exit procedure - There is no option to apply resignation and if you want to leave the company you will have to face a lot of challenges to leave. (Myself served 5 months notice after several mail trails to just confirm the last working day) 8. BGV problem - They are creating chaos and giving false feedback on Ex employees (who questions on the issues like salary delay, pf credit, FnF settlement and all other management issues) in the BGV verification. 9. No Medical insurance - After deducting a lumpsum of amount from the salary they are not providing any medical insurance to employees. 10. No growth - No Increment, No Bonus, No promotion even if you work for more then 3-5 years. And i am not telling these point to demotivate you but this the real situation in the company you can check and confirm with existing employees also if you can. Also you can check in Google reviews and all other Job portal and other platforms reviews.

Salary: Delayed salary payments without any proper reason. BGV : This company provides bad reviews in your BGV once you move to a different organisation in case you have questioned the manager Aravinda. Bond : After the completion of bond period they will not let you leave the organisation until the project is over. If you ask the expiry of the project they will not give a clear answer. HR: There is no HR to address employees' concerns. Everything is managed by an office admin. TDS and EPF : EPF and TDS will not be paid to the authorities on time. Even after 6 months from resignation they have not paid my PF amount.

The company is based in Cyprus, and I can assure you that Cyprus administration is incapable of handling any issue at the Indian level. In India, the so called "one man army," Mr. Aravinda, handles every issue according to his preferences, wishes, etc. In the end, you have to determine for yourself what aspects of company like this - where HR was dismissed just because she was trying to introduce something that will benefit employees.

No on time salary - every month you will heard from the Veera(Admin) that due to some technical glitch bank were unable to process the salary. isn't it funny :) No HR in the company No PF credited on time- Once you will left the company they will not submit it at all. No management - Its one Man show ( Mr Aravinda) If you will raise concern - you will get fire, if you will ask any thing against the wish of management - you will get fire. Initially they had office, after covid they started saving money there as well- So no office. Now the most important thing- Company wont believe that anyone can leave them, so they dont have exit policy only. They will ask you here and there but wont allow to leave. official notice period - 3 months but actual is infinite/ Aravinda wish. No growth, no bonus - bonus will get deduct from package but actually you will get penny out of it. almost no bonus. Advice: In case you dont have any job, running out of money, then go for it but be ready for all the mentioned consequences. If you can wait, have cash, without giving second thought try for other company.

I couldn’t find anything to like at all. 1. Please read the google reviews as well about this company.

1. Lack of management. 2. No Salary credit on time. 3. False promises. 4. Till now the PF hasn’t credited. 5. You can’t even share your problem. 6. You can’t move out from the organisation until and unless the project finishes. 7. There are no leave encashment policies. 8. Immediate termination if you are come out of the project without giving bench time. 9. You can’t get the FNF settlement in-time even if you come out of this company. 10. No proper employee engagerial activities. 11. No outings, no team lunches and nothing. 12. There is no office for this company till now. Even if you want to join here, then read the handbook points carefully before you sign that. Orelse you will face the consequences for sure.

No Management, Bully CEO, Fake Promises, No Growth, Bonus is terrible, Bonds for 2-3 yrs, Not Providing Relieving letter and service letter easily, threat to employee by Mr Arvinda. Join wisely not blindly.
