No like Bhikhari Company he Resign dene ke baad SALARY nahi dete Sab dami Chalata he. Product fail ho to bhi pass karva te he. Bina testing product release ho jati he. Light bandh karva dete he. Ganda wash room. Owner sab ko yahi bolake gumata he k Nikal du ga for voice koe bhi ho. Koe testing requirements nahi laate. Testing need paas vali Company Se laate he. Company ka time 9:30 se 16:00 he lekin staff bus,subah ko 9:05 ko touch to jati he aur saam ko 6:30, ya fir 7:00 ya fir 7:30 ko nikalati he 2 saal se kaam Karane vale QA ke bande ko abhi bhi Increament nahi aaya

I was getting 15.2 LPA in my previous org and now i am being offered 29.5 LPA but the designation is 1 position lower than what i was in my previous org. Should i go ahead with the offer or still negotiate on designation. Protip : i was laid off in my previous org.
