...ut our interactions, there was a noticeable lack of professionalism and respect. Not only were there disparaging remarks made about my experience, salary expectations, and previous employment, but there was also a disturbing revelation regarding the company's benefits packages. Despite Stimulus Research Services proclaiming itself as a reputable organization for the past 10 years, it is disheartening to learn that they do not provide essential benefits such as DA and PF. This revelation stands in stark contrast to the image of a reputable organization that they portray. Moreover, the conduct exhibited during our communication, including scolding me on the call (at the time of last round interview) and making derogatory comments about my current employer, further solidified my decision to decline the offer. I firmly believe that open communication and mutual respect are paramount in any professional interaction. Unfortunately, my experience with Stimulus Research services has highlighted significant deficiencies in these area.

Fake promises about roles and responsibilities, salary gets held, absolutely unprofessional as the salary (if at all you get) will be received in cash, no organizational system, no learning or growth. No transparency. Extremely high and unachievable targets.
