Shifting from Bangalore to Hyderabad

I’m working in Bangalore for last 9 years. Currently I got 2 offers. 1. CTS - Bangalore (CTC - 22.7 LPA) 2. Deloitte - Hyderabad (CTC - 24.2 LPA) Is it good move to shift to Hyderabad for Deloitte ? Is it ok to ask the HR if my base location can be changed to Bangalore ? Please share your thoughts

There is no silly office politics, which I like most . It gives me a feeling of comfort working with my colleagues here and the most important thing is we have freedom of work. Even if I leave this company any point of time, I have no complaint about my company & the management.

It's just 2years, I am working here but I got fully attached with my company emotionally. All our directors are truly humble and nice human beings. When it comes to my colleague, I truly value the bond we share with each other. I honestly regard my company as my second home. Considering our present situation, the most important thing is, didn't lay off a single employee, whereas too many people have lost their jobs due to this pandemic situation. Company runs with some good policies and appraisals are fair too.
