This company starts a very hard hiring drive every year from June -July keeping the festive in mind and immediately after the festive is over, they remove people under the pretext of strategy change overnight, thus ruining the career of few good professionals who trusted the company and joined. The management is hugely biased and has 3-4 chamchas around the power centre who would inefficiently and unethically boss over people double their experience and expertise. You would be suddenly asked to work on things which you have not been hired for in Tughlaqi style.Your profile will go for a big six and professional aura would be finished.
