1. Unclear variable part in salary 2. No cab service 3. If the tasks which are your responsibility are over ; you might be handed some other responsibility which is not as per your job description profile. Ideally that time is your free time, but here you are not allowed to enjoy some free time.

Only benefits is the salary you get good amount of package as a graduate engineer trainee like 8 lpa

So they offered a package of 8 lpa but after 1 year 95% of us had been terminated due to unfair practice of Letting employees in the Performance improvement program (pip) them laying them off . So if you want to ruin off your career then you ar happily welcome here, but if you want a proper career growth then choose any company but not this one, infact after 1 year they are also letting to compensate salaries to 63% fixed from 8 lpa ie around 5 lpa is fixed and the rest amount i.e 37% is variable that you'll get it based on your performance only if you are allocated to any project that too will be given to you quarterly. They don't have even project for their resources. Even 70 percentage of resources are currently on bench more than 6 months. Now they are going to release them after waste their time 😕

Fortress culture of AHMEDABAD PEOPLE. No exposure to latest tech. Appraisals are single digit Service based company culture… a knife hanging over u always. No knowledge sharing. No allowances given for shift. No allowance given for transport. No care of employees.

Company has given a chance to B.Sc/M.Sc young students on the shop floor/office.

Dislikes

...of the research/process identification operators do , but they don't get credit. No any compensation when operator has insisted to leave the job. Operator should get compensation , as he gives his youth to the company.
