Salary incriment is terrible 5 6% only, Boot licker are going on top, not any fixed salary structure, Executive is taking salary more than Assistant manager, It can happen in lala type workshop only, similar here

Exploitation in every possible way i.e, working hours, salary, overtime, no of working days. If you demand your right, company policy stand in your way. If company needs work to be done, every rule will be broken to get it done.

Company is Good but salary is not satisfaction not averagable looking for present time .

Local employees is doing bad behaviour with other state employees. Company is not action local and onroll employees.

...nsider only refreshment amount. But 12 hour working compulsory This is not fair. Appraisals are fair but they give salary hike with minimum according to minimum wages every year. Not considering working period in Increament time and pramotion. New person Recruitment open every time. Therefore plant operation disturbed many times.

Wellfare of the worker and supervisors is not good. management does not address our issues. Career growth slow.

Good work environment where your senior support you at work . HR policy is good . Of course job is secured here . Time to time training as well as time to time health check up camps, outdoor plans etc

Appraisal and the salary hike is low. Work hours is flexible, you have to give some extra time at work .
