Job Security - they can release you anytime if you ask questions Work culture - head office won't call you if you are present they have nothing to do with your work all they want is your attendance. Company policies- Hr policies can change anytime for the month after end of month. They can't stick to one hr policy .

No appraisal , and they will deduct money from your salary too.

...r seen before.company policy which is in your offer letter will only in paper. if you are going to home your salary will hold for a month,two months añd more. Very stressed environment.

...nities here and I would highly recommend the company for its values and culture. Company policies are fair and if one works hard there’s definitely an appreciation in terms of salary hikes and bonuses.

There is very less pressure for employees at site office.

Dislikes

Salaries are extremely late, like salary of January month release at mid March and that is normal for them, they don't give any increment or insentive, no promotions also. Growth is 0 overall. There are no non monetary benefits. No one at head office pick calls to listen problems.
