The duty timing is very strict. Our senior staff supports us. Every month get a little late but we get our salary. We are very happy to work in Sterling Wilson company.

Dislikes

Job is not secure anytime anyone's name is announced this month is your last start searching for a new job. If the company has a project, then there are more staff requirements, then no one is removed from the job.

I have got good experience by company, we work happily with our team. Company provides many facilities which are most require for us, company fulfill all the Commentments. Company arrange trainings for employees on time.The behaviour of our bosses is so good. I also like the employees re-hire policy here.

I would like to that. I have been working maintenance supervisor for last two years, on niced site (COVID -19 emergency site) but you are not paying me the salary of supervisor. I get the salary of an electrician.I'm annoyed to say, the maintenance technician of this site get pay more than me. So do all the work with them from now on. I will not be able to take the responsibility of supervisor of this site with this salary. Sir tell me how to manage everything in the current market with a salary of Rs-11000/-per month. I requested many times please solve this problem. But Still no help. 2nd point noted be. Once was a time on duty accident. But no benifit your company. This time fully support ed my family. Continue 3 months my treatment cost Rs 85000/- but company not provide any rupees. I finally got bored and left the sterling wilson company.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter). This new position is closer to my home and does not involve night shifts. The offer letter is attached. I have also requested a ₹95,000 monthly salary increase and am awaiting their response.
