At working time learning sensitivity is good and Carrier growth is going to slowly. Appraisal time to get a value is bad one. Company politics in every team to team.. Work environment going to be good manner. Innovation of some new ideas to create a good achievement. Work life is good condition not bad.

Compensation is good but growth is Normal. Work pressure is very high up to 15-19 hours in a day worked. Appraisal time worst performance to our team also

The duty timing is very strict. Our senior staff supports us. Every month get a little late but we get our salary. We are very happy to work in Sterling Wilson company.

Job is not secure anytime anyone's name is announced this month is your last start searching for a new job. If the company has a project, then there are more staff requirements, then no one is removed from the job.

No work, people are idle and punching morning and evening, no growth no efforts to enhance the business.

Dislikes

Salary is delayed and they don't pay once you leave the organization. No F&F, they rely over employees salary to run the business. Beware of getting employed in such companies.
