Once in school, you will realize that subject teachers are equally talented in so many other aspects apart from acing in their Subject School is progressive and with the permissions of CLs and HOS new techniques to teach can be experimented with. Since everyone is equally talented and capable, post promotionsn may not be easy or should not be expected. CLs have your back, and team is not competitive but supportive Parent and children views are of utmost importance so teacher has to be mindful to overstep boundaries Teachers must be able to multitask and are expected to be available Negative gossip may occur, concentrating on one's work will help to keep one out of any controversy No news is good news here

Few opportunity to move up the ladder Salary is differently negotiated Admission to teacher kid is also not easy or free, though a concession is given

the work security is reasonably good with supportive environment providing flexibility of expression. But more PD programs and opportunities need to be interwoven for employee satisfaction and personal and professional growth

No job security kabhi bhi naa sunn ne k liye ready rahe. Morning se aye ho sham ko bhi manna kiya ja sakta hai. Koi matter nahi k aap kitne bhi purane ho iss institute me. Almost in every two year staff will be changed....
