Since everyone is equally talented and capable, post promotionsn may not be easy or should not be expected. CLs have your back, and team is not competitive but supportive Parent and children views are of utmost importance so teacher has to be mindful to overstep boundaries Teachers must be able to multitask and are expected to be available Negative gossip may occur, concentrating on one's work will help to keep one out of any controversy No news is good news here
