Everything no proper work culture you have to be beg for your own salary after 2 months of resignation, toxic work culture senior employees who are posted in gurgaon treat you according to your post and work ethics, Hr department is so toxic and pathetic all the rules and regulation of this company is made by there own convenience and for own benefit only ,exploitation of employees and many more things , join this company if you want to disturb your mental health.

If you are having a good time in life and want to explore how the other side of the world which is full of miscommunication, mental torture and lame excuses works, then go ahead and join this place - you will make the biggest mistake of your career. The HR department is next to non existent as they are full of stupid excuses. You will have to fight for your basic rights as an employee. By the time you resign, you'll start questioning yourself that why even you joined this place. Totally shady company with management centric policies. Friendly tip - don't resign from this place, just abscond because anyway in the end you'll get nothing except for pathetic excuses and delayed settlement.

i dislike their management system and there is no work pressure.some times i have to work 3-4 hours extra but there is no OT.
