Liked the hunger for excellence, technical capabilities of many core members of the company, good appraisals, independence to work and approach towards the work

Dislikes

Too much customer centric, more support to technical people than the managers (since they bring the money), lack of confidence on own people, lack of geographical diversity and lack of communications from top management with the middle management.

Dislikes

not a good company ...no bench , no projects direct fire HIGH JOB RISK.. utter risk to job .... this company has not grown since from 10 years ...just depend on contractors ....Permanent employees Dont join even you gave high pay , they will terminate in 3 months if projects are not streamlined....too many managers and higher management , Real work at ground staff is less and much pressure on them , each person has to take multi projects though they are three or four projects .... they see optmization by putting employees under pressure for working 16+ hours with no emplyee care.CEO is mindless fellow , He dont know what he talk and what he do.

Challenging environment, very good place for someone who really want to improve their skills

Dislikes

Work life balance misses out at times based on the criticality of the projects and ya I know this is something we see most of the organizations

No proper corporate governance ..PF payment to govt ...improper and adhoc appraisal and recognition...no honor for employees..and no respect for statutory requirement such as notice period ..hire and fire for short term ...
