There is nothing to like about this company. The company has a very bad and toxic work culture, no support from your managers and no new learning or skill enhancement.

Dislikes

When you leave the company they do not do your full and final settlement and hold your salary. The HOD talk with abusive language with people and don’t respect their peers. In one word i can say don’t join stellar as i have joined and i have seen that many people left company in very short span of time because of toxic work culture in this organisation .

Good work environments and cultural. Teammates are supportive and the management is transported

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issue. Salary is decent but career growth is sloe. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign.

Here we all have good job security. Senior management is not supportive. Lack of decision making in senior management. We have time flexibility due to 6 days per week working. Growth opportunities are less and some people do politics in that. If you have good boss then you will be having good guidance and support here.

Dislikes

... management. HR team is not supportive. Less increment and growth opportunities. Salary offered is less compared to industry standards. You may need to work for more than 9 hrs per day. No cafeteria.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive. Feel like family in the office ,our RM Mr. Satish rao very good,polite and understanding person. He is some time rode but treats like his kids

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.no increment,discrimination against outsiders/other state people

no job security - hire & fire mentality. toxic work culture - politics, no work-life balance (required to work 24 X 7), job role keeps changing at management's whims and fancies. no proper office provided in Bangalore (working from a mattress store!)
