Company was as good but staff are different different. Like, my duty was home resion, salary come timely, work normal, eisily replacement material available

No any fix timing of duty, no any officially leave, no any increament, no any pramotion, no any training properly, Senior staff call anytime in 24 hours but as a field engineer call after 5pm to any senior staff then call not received etc.

One of the worst company I've worked in my life. Especially the salary and the allowance are not properly released, even on the mentioned date of the offer letter. They know only give works not salary and allowance. Management need to respect workers situation and they money importance.

I jist like the sector in which this company is working.

Dislikes

The work culture is very spoiled with internal politics. This is the company which promote the digitisation in dairy industry but there is no proper method to manage data for internal use. Every thing is just manual. One has to prepare and prepare and prepare just excel sheets. Sometime you fill like you are not a manager and you are a data entry operator. No proper Hierarchy and distributed responsibility in the system. Nobody takes responsibilities and just passing the ball to each other. Company works for the betterment of farmers but nobody actually care in the ecosystem.
