Nothing, may be salary to some extent. But at the end of the day employees need a holistic view about any company to like it or not, salary alone can't be a factor.

Everything. No process, zero job security, today you may have your job and tomorrow you don't. Aimless and vision less top management, specially those at product planning and marketing, complete chaos. If someone wants stability then please don't consider joining the company at all.

Job security. You would be allocated to different projects, thereby giving Job Security. This is due to many people leaving the organisation(creating manpower deficiency) and the management doesn't care about people leaving.

...ing the employee, compensation to match atleast 75% of the current market value. Salary compensation is the worst(less than 50% the market value(8-9 lakhs package for employees with 9+ years of experience)). No hikes for 2-3 years in a row(no jokes here). Growth and on-site opportunity only to pets. HR policy is another joke. They don't respond to you on time. They don't have an idea about market values, but organise virtual tea parties to retain employees, as they feel that best employees will fall for such a good initiative.

Lots of restructuring and cost cutting is going on. Initially they overhired without having any work for new comers and now during layoff time, you will be next or not will completely depend on how your relation is with the project head. There is no job security at all. Tech Stack will completely depend on your project. In my project frontend developers worked only on js, html and css. No frameworks at all
