Company facilities and utilities are very nice. Salary and incriment also good. But inside people and higher management are the worst. 12 hrs shift daily for production staffs. Behaviour is also worst. Many people are resigning because of work culture of the Company.HR are very non cooperative. Behaviour of HR fellows are very worst.

But due to Global pandemic the company cash flow is down. But Promoters are keep bumping the cash in. People may stop Discrimination and racism.

...ours work and you can't expect the weekly offs as mentioned in the offer letter. About compensation salary deduction is more and very less take home salary . For Employee family health benefits you have to take additional insurance policy. Career growth and working culture is average. If you are looking for a good company don't come here and spoil your career and healthy life.

Working culture is worst. They don't value third party employees , we worked like casuals. No appreciation for working double double shift, working 12-15 hr in general shift. Unit-III is specifically waste unit. They have destroyed so many freshers career by putting them anywhere.

Senior posistion people are not serious and they are well settled from long more than 25 + years. And spoiling the entire system. Company management is trusting them blindly becoz of long service without checking the ground reality. Becoz of this it's impacting companies growth and most of employees who worked under them were unhappy. More clearly to be tell 95% of employees are searching outside for job change by understanding the reality. And they are not happy with the culture
