...cket should get completed withing 1 day. It's so terrible to work in SteepGraph. Company doesn't provide any compensation or benefits. They don't think about employees they thinks only about work or client. Worst company ever to work with. Even if you work best nd got Client's appreciation, still your boss won't ever admire your work. I have worked on multiple Projects but for all the projects, experience is same. Office politics is tremendous. They usually offers all perks to Gujrathi people as CEO is Gujrathi.

There is no such thing as work life balance you have to work for 7 days a week day and night Which is hampering employees health One advise for organisation Focus on work life balance stop asking employees to work on weekends

Huge list of dislikes is this company is only made for gujju people. If you are gujju & very good licker the welcome to Steepgraph. Yo have to say just yes sir yes sir to management team they will give you good hike & rewards. They do castism in company . The HR team is also not useful they will not help you anything Only gujju people & Good Non gujju licker employee will receive appreciation . They pitch ne joiners about early leadership skill it is literally scam . They have given early leadership to some useless peoples who does't event know how to interact with customers & employee.. If you denied for something then the early leadership people will say I will see in appraisal don't ask me for hike. You will get work from on the basis of cast.
