Marketing is involved in everything. Wants to control everything from HO. Office clerk may ask the questions. Very less believe on the Filed Employee. Sales and Marketing strategy is still very old.

Ethical promotion, Taking care of Drs activities and not too much pressure on primary sales. Close contact with Employees and developing their skills.

Dislikes

Compensation and allowances could be much better at par with industry. More Research based potential products required which could hit the market or launch fast moving products. Superficial thinking that sales of Brands DREZ, JUSDEE are from the work of Ancestors and current sales people don't have any role in Establishment.

No vision no marketing support This company has fantastic products but the the owner hired some idiots at higher position who thinks they are the pillars of company but listen you idiots
