The HOD of the department is very good. If you work in a dedicated way, he will support you. Other Colleagues of all departments are very good and help full.

1) No festival bonus. 2) Increment is done by oiling and policing. 3) Management tells that Work hard but don't think about money. 4) Management team is not help full. 5) The management(HO) is very bad. If you left the job they even don't want to clear your full and final if your full and final amount is to big(above 25k) .

Work-Life balance is excellent here esp. if you are a female employee. Also there is job security which is rare in a MNC.

At bathinda site work and family life balance very poor , and work culture is also very poor .management not support his junior and there is nepotism culture. That's why I am not recommending any one to join . 2. Company not give value to employees. 3. Oil grease work culture between managers and employee.
