There is no skilled people and management is at poor state. Purely it's religion politics. They prefer mostly Muslims for the jobs even though they have very less competitive. Work balance life is good. No training programs and carrier growth is zero and no new learning. No job Security in STC any day they can fire you by giving very short Notice max one month. There is lot contradiction about notice period mentioned in the offer letter and actually notice period. For example in the offer letter they mention 2 months Notice period, but when they want to fire you they say 30 Notice period irrespective of your contract.

Dislikes

No training, hell lot of politics, no new learnings, no salary appraisal and work environment is poor.
