It's a good place for freshers, to gain excellent knowledge. Good path for freshers to boost their career. There senior'are alwz helpful and alwz guide their juniors. In every weekend demonstration class taken by seniors and team lead, which is very helpful to new joinee to boost themselve. Their is a cafeteria where u can relax ur mind when u feel loads of work, and u can play table tennis to relax u.

Growth of salary little bit low compare to other company.

Only basic needs can be added as "Likes", like salary was processed on time, sophistic company environment with well maintained basic utilities, birthdays and festivals are celebrated here well, etc...

Dislikes

...ugh budget to give satisfactory hike. Small hikes are given like doing a favor! - Good salary hikes are given only to sycophants. - No job security. - Have to work in company's own development tool on outdated technology! So no knowledge can be gained while working here. - Too small screen PCs with too low RAM are given to work! Requests to provide well working mouse & keyboard are rejected. - PC counts working hours as a part of micromanagement! PC cannot be stayed idle more than 5 minutes, other wise it PC will not include minutes as working time! - And many more disadvantages! List is too long!

A very nice environment for work. Good opportunity for fresher and totally job satisfaction. No any pressure, good management level that they can handle it very well. Growth & increement is also nice. Love to work here.

Dislikes

Working on vb script. Net. And some time leave problem. They don't provide any refreshment or any other fun thing like outing or lunch outside. Only stick to ur job. Otherwise rest all is good.
