Starting salary is good. Project and tech stacks are good only if you get good client to work.

Dislikes

Yearly Hike is very poor even after performing very well. Management is very poor. Very difficult to connect to HR or any other management person for any query, neither they receive the call nor reply back on text or call. Your efforts, dedication and client feedbacks are not considered at all. They have few projects, incase you get release from current project you may be fired also.

Statusneo provides better salary than any other company, frequent get togethers.

Job security is terrible as this company provides their employees to different companies as 3rd party vendors, their clients many time treat their employees like shit and if employee tries to raise voice then there is no one to hear about it.

Very toxic work culture. You will be promised of something entirely different when you will be giving your interview. No work-life balance. Clients can threaten you with anything like blocking your salary and you will be busting your time justifying your productivity for months or so.

Excellent work environment. Amazing pay package. Extreme flexibility and great projects to work on. Amazing office space, its uber cool.
