There is no HR department to address employee concerns. The office ambiance is poor, and the restroom/working areas are not maintained. Employees are scolded for attempting to implement any improvements. The working culture is harsh, with constant scolding in front of other workers. Original certificates are required for joining the company. Most employees leave without prior notice, and there is no proper handover when a new employee joins. There has been no development in the past 15 years; the company is still operating with outdated models and technologies. Degree holders are advised not to join, as the company mainly hires low-level, underqualified workers (e.g., 10th grade pass/fail). The MD and VP do not know how to treat employees, often using scolding and unparliamentary language. Employees are treated like schoolchildren, being required to submit their cell phones to security. If any mistake is made, fines ranging from 200 to 500 INR are deducted from the salary. The infrastructure in the workspace is outdated

Job security is very poor.Salary and regular increment process is very very poor.I am not satisfied with the salary/increment but i put all effort to work.Travel is slightly inconvenient because when we reach morning after a long journey we have to attend site after an hour or minimum time duration. Innovation in product is very worst because there is no up gradation in products feels like roaming in same platform and our competitor have quite advanced products with considerable price range
