...nything. And I had to work 9.5 hours where in other companies it's only 8 hours. There is no OT pay, there's no incentives, infact they've made sure for client holiday you apply your own leaves. There are no holidays, if cut down client holidays I only have 12 leaves, which includes sick leave, personal leaves, earned leaves. Ps. If you're sick then you have to apply leave which will be unplanned and your incentive is gone.

...d add a couple of points here, but at this time I just have one thing to write.. you get your salary on time ( with some or the other unexpected deductions)

Dislikes

1) work culture 2) terrible leadership - constant flip flops on announcement regarding wfh policies, increment letters, bonuses etc...etc... 3) commit to pay OT but doesn't pay despite of valid business cases and manager approval 4) discriminatory work policies ( wfh allowed for senior leadership and Analyst level but middle level management not allowed to work from home even during emergency) 5) lack of promotion and partial environment 6) substandard leave policy 7) lack of proper risk framework leading to Senior leadership bombarding in case of operational errors 8) lack of specialist professional across risk, quality, compliance and L&D teams leading to weak support functions 9) ill treating of employees by Senior management leading to employee resignation 10) Lack of employee centric Outlook Please note - above points are the ones that immediately comes to my mind but there are a lot of other points I have missed.

No incentive and no appraisal paper release date even after 9 months after rating. No client holiday. No incentive, some time received and management ask is it received on that particular month. No proper management, people can give promotion as they like managers choice. Appraisal given by manager not by us. Totally waste dont come if you are not in HCl.

...d/sme Rs 80K/month Associate Manager Rs 110k/month Deputy Manager Rs 150k/month As salary in hand. If you are getting offer less than above mentioned amount straight away reject if you are from outside Chennai.

Miserable work culture, pathetic management, filled with losers who don't want others to thrive and kanjoos lokh.

Bad management practices, No transparency in term of salary, promotion, bonus etc. Even HR don't know anything about hike & promotions. Bad experience.
