Extending shift timings,lot of work pressure, my TL is very angry person, few colleagues are like worst in case,. In corona time, they have responed very badly.

The company is great for overall learning experience. There you can learn professionalism and work ethics to improve your skills

The only dissatisfaction I felt there was inadequate compensation. As per the industry and their competitors they provide less salary compared to others

Salary credit on time. Leave benefits and compensatory off if working on indian holiday. Leave policy is good.

No job security. No good hike. Promotion is as per referral not as per performance. If switch a process then treat like a fresher even complete 2-3 years.

Literally nothing, it is the worst company to work with, they want labourers free of cost but yes you will get to learn and hand holding is also good. Good place for freshers but you can't earn money in this company.

1) People - bottom to top management are getting worse than worst. 2) Salary and appraisal is like giving peanuts🥜 3) promotions is based on Favouritism, 🥾 you know what I mean. 4) Learning at the initial phase is quite good but it will stopped in sometime. 5) Mentally disturbed when you working for year's. Suggestion - if your job need is very high & want to do job here let's make not more than 1-2 years.
