No job security. No good hike. Promotion is as per referral not as per performance. If switch a process then treat like a fresher even complete 2-3 years.

Literally nothing, it is the worst company to work with, they want labourers free of cost but yes you will get to learn and hand holding is also good. Good place for freshers but you can't earn money in this company.

1) People - bottom to top management are getting worse than worst. 2) Salary and appraisal is like giving peanuts🥜 3) promotions is based on Favouritism, 🥾 you know what I mean. 4) Learning at the initial phase is quite good but it will stopped in sometime. 5) Mentally disturbed when you working for year's. Suggestion - if your job need is very high & want to do job here let's make not more than 1-2 years.

People working at State Street Syntel Services are a lot good, understanding, helping & professional people. I am glad that I met like this kind people & this people as my colleagues. There is a lot to learn here so much knowledge. Syntel is a university of Investment Banking as StateStreet the world's largest custodian is our client & we are working as a part of them. But apart from this there is no any reason to be here in this company at all. Good for freshers to work here for 2-3 years Max not more than that. For experienced people 2 years is enough to stay here in Syntel.

I want to leave this company because the work life balance is so poor & salary-promotion is also very political & unhealthy. No working access provided properly also no good services of employee wellbeing. No chairs, desktops available for team. Laptops are also worst while working. IT dept is also slow in working. Here in Syntel HR gives importance to form filling activities more than your actual work production & deadlines. All though my experience is 50-50 here as I've seen the greatest & the worst time as well & I've stayed here in the worst as well but overall 3 Stars is what I can give this being an employee to this organisation.

While leving organisation HR had word will payout for two month for 3 month notice period but for 1 month salary was not credited even they are lying with employees. Worst transport service. They explored employees there is Imbalance between authority and responsibility. Managers are more autocratic.
