Work wise good. Manager are flexible on leaves. Supportive on work related issue.

Dislikes

Salary hike is not good. Huge pay disparity like SA is earning more than TL and they say it's company policy. It will demotivate others if they come to know abt others package. On the job training should be improved.

Likes

Good work life balance,Mostly you will get leave when your you want. Good appraisal but bonus will be not as per industry standards. Cab service is good.

Dislikes

As usual politics is everywhere but, you may also see nepotism in hiring. Cafeteria service are not good will have very limited options. Company is learning lesson from hudge attrition hence they have started overtime allowance last year. Also trying to change there cost conservative mindset but still there is lots of scope for improvement.

...ternal trainings like python, data bricks & devops. Nice teammates and managers. good bonus and hike. Good work life balance.

technologies wise, needs to upgrade with the market.

Everything, it didnt meet my expectation Crazy working hours every day min 15 to 18 hours, there is no HR team in this company

Salary and benefits are good, work is very easy however your manager is the only matter.

Dislikes

No work life balance, manager taking leaves and wfh but won't allow ther team members to take leaves, senior managers supporting blindly to the Assistant manager without analysis any situation, if any higher management members reading this take a closure look to your management people working most of the time in phone and having fun only.
