As sbi itself is a big name, it also holds the value in terms of taking care of its employees. Fastest growing n leading bank of India, got a lot to learn and explore my self working as a part of it. Being there in bank also got the opportunity to understand corporate culture. Because of being the largest bank has presence throughout the country which gives an opportunity to work with colleagues from various backgrounds n culture, which gives a sense of assimilation. Would like to be re employed.

Dislikes

It was a nice experience to work with the bank, though everything has its pros and cons, but the benefit of working with sbi is much more worthy than some negligible shortcoming.

I just wish to say that the bank has since been merged with the State bank of India, and the question is hypothetical in the current situation.
