The only thing which i dislike is the collaboration which we expect from production is not fulfilled at all. If it is so than we can enhance or quality much more.

Ideas are heard and appreciated. If you are hardworking, you will get lots of responsibilities which will ensure that you learn a lot. I got to expand my skills a lot and got a lot of technological expertise.

every one at statcon energiaa pvt ltd is very supportive and are very active. from chairman to managers and other teammates try to boost company business and reputation . and every senior person out there always be there as a shed of tree for their employees. comany have very positive thinking of providing the better quality and service thats why thay would'nt stop at one place, keeps improving n innovating in various fields. the company has firm grip over various sector Railways , Defense, Solar , Power. its has very vast experience in power electronics equipment manufacturing and designing. thay dont pressurise any employee to complete the task. company always try to provide top class facility to their employee at their best. everyone is of friendly nature whaether accounts department, R&D , Production , QC, Logistic, Sales n Marketing. hats off to the statcon enegiaa pvt ltd workmen. love you all truely.
