As fresher i thought it will be the best as other companies culture but as management and work culture i'll rate them zero very poor .

As Fresher i had many thought for working culture and companies of BPO sector that they will provide better opportunity with better growth but there's no growth no appraisal no learning no work environment no work life balance and lot's of politics only.

First of all about my team members very supportive and if we talk about startrek logistics so I think services very good, customer satisfaction and create the innovative ideas and I have good experience gained from there...

Dislikes

Compensation is decent but growth is slow and work pressure so high, I have to work 14-16 hours a day sometimes but nobody seen a single time which is a pain sometimes.

Likes

Management must be involved in ground level staff . Ultimately they are the backbone of company specially in service industry

Service industry can't be Sales oriented, It has to be Operation oriented and must give respect to them.

Overall not at all good experience. Operation staff are harassed by Sales person and management was directly involved . Mainly RSM and ASM behaved to operation staff like servant. I am sorry to say but this this truth.

Dislikes

Blaming and non supportive and Behaviours of Sales Director , ASM , RSM are pathetic and MD are silent knowing everything. Very Sad. No one is interested to work or associate with this company.
