... people can learn and gain knowledge, because all the staff are very supportive. They give good training for fresher with good salary package, for experience also they give good salary package. Here their is safety for girls, both way cab is provided, No partially NO politics, good environment, fun Friday, all festival celebration . Its a one of the best company to work without pressure. Thank you so much for giving me an opportunity to work here.

I love my work, I doesn't matter his the company is. Need to work religiously where ever it may be and must have a good self satisfaction at the time of Salary.

Heavy micromanagement, Toxic work culture, Mental pressure. Even if you complain no action is taken instead you will end up getting targeted everywhere in all meetings for raising the voice. 8 hours mandatory inside office without even considering breaks, After 8 hours also you will be indirectly forced to stay back and work . You are forced to work on weekends keeping tight deadlines every now and then. 0 Appreciation.

Its a school where manager thinks he is supreme. Employees are treated badly. Managers talk bad in the scrum meetings and insult employees in front of everyone. Maintaining 8 hours that too in front of the system with the application running is all they need. They don't care about the employee's health. No special perks. Leaves are also less. HRs are not at all supportive to the employees.

I still wonder if it's a company that's into software services or politics. Higher management are totally fine with politics infact promotions and job security are based on favouritism. Very unsafe for women employees. Even if you complain against hipocracy and toxic work culture no one is bothered to even take up the complaint.
