Everything. They can fire people for no reason. You won't be given any explanations, and you won't be given a chance to defend yourself or you won't even get any compensation or a recommendation letter.

Its great company to work for with a company with a ambition/vision of becoming a $100billion company in 2018. This company is ready to adopt to the new changes and invest time and money to evolve and continute to grow by focusing on the mission in creating the memories of their dream vacation. J lobe the fact that i am part of the team on the model ship where its all implememted first to test new ideas and implement to the rest of the fleet.

The most important part is the support you get at every stage of your career, be it from ur supervisors, head of operation everyone is involved to a very personal level to coach develop and train you to be the best professional. In all the years I worked at Starboard each contract was setup to work on my oppurtunities and become a better professional.

I do not have anything to dislike aboit my time at starboard I enjoyed every contract with great support, money and everything that I asked for was provided.

I loved working i had a really good time working with starboard. Managers are really helpful they help you to grow faster. Starboard has a very good on-board training program for new hires when i join starboard I didn’t know anything about watch and jewellery but with in 3 months I almost know everything about all products.
