Star Agri is a great platform to learn rural/Agri market like potential and challenges of rural market. Being an employee I can say that it is a great experience for me to work such a rural NBFC Where I got a chance to work and understand the rural market which I haven't worked anywhere

Job security and work cultrue is good but some senior people take personally and focus employee in getting out of job and trying to destroy employee career and Management and HR do not take any action against them. Organization needs change some policies for organization gets future growth.

Organization is good but There is lot of politics and management doesn't address Employee issues.No given Working guidance and Some Senior people take personal and doing partiality misbehaviour.
