The company is good in all respects. The salary comes on time. I never had to face any problem.

Whatever the problem was, it was that there was no schedule for the meetings, whenever the meeting felt like it, the online meeting would start, I personally did not find this method right and one more thing was putting pressure on the employees and increasing the workload.

Huge pressure,Humiliation,abusing,without information transfers,no respect,no work life balance,low service support,virtual meeting in anytime from 7am -10 pm and no job security.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Good salary. Partner's are strong and supportive. hugh chance for growth.

Relationship is very good and strong but Sud Life work culture is not constant. Management dont want understand about ground reality. That's why Job insecurity is high. Worst HR experience. They dont have control on there duties so thats why high level of higher & fire culture is created.

Very bad environment and culture.I can't suggest to any one join in this company if you join first get the company feedback and bosses and many more and also appraisals are not fair and they can't give good salary hike and bonus .

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues salary is decent but career growth is slow
