They force you to take certifications and if u pass they will re-emburse the certification exam cost

... the policies with MNC's. But they need to seriously design their policies well. HR department and the way they process salary is obsolete and stupid. Always tries to deduct salary for stupid reasons. Even if u work 9.5 hrs they will deduct salary for coming 5 mins late. Other things like payslip they give it a Xerox copy ( lol ) and don't explain the breakup's clearly. Absolutely pathetic HR department.

Good teammates and the other employees as well..Work and life can be balanced as well that depends on your performance.New skills to develop and implement.And about the job security,the job is much secured,training are given up for the freshers as well and gives employee the appraisal as well on date.

Compensation we have to earn it based on our performance..

will be able to gain immense knowledge by working day and night on live projects and will be able to gain 10x experience compared to other mnc.

Dislikes

...e false. -working on Saturdays for first 8 months. -no leaves for 1st 8 months . -salary deduction for leaves for any reason for(i say any reason will not be entertained) -politics. - work timing 8Am to 6:30pm should clock 9.5 hrs of screentime failing or late come entertains salary deduction.

Hardly any,poor work ethics. Family run shop.

Dislikes

Disappointed due to lack of professionalism and exit dues not being cleared. They modify your resume and present to client. They subcontract you under the covers but deny knowing same in case of disputes. Further, they assign you to random projects without seeing proper skillset.
