There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

It is an high tensile fastener manufacturing industry with good exposure for freshers with good working culture and strong management support. I have been working here from last 1.5 years. Everyday comes with new challenges. Highly skilled manpower helps you alot to learn new things everyday.
