Working environment is very poor. Teammates and management are not supportive Company policies are not good (e.g., timing is not perfect)

Dislikes

Management does not address to our issues or concern. Salary and career growth according to the work is very slow. There is no perfect training given to the new joiners. And mostly we need to work for extra hours without any extra it's a 12h swe always have to work for 15-16hours everyday.

...g. Down the line people who works can forget about promotions n appreciations. Regarding salary and compensation depends on the negotiations upfront as salaries are on time.

Team mates are good in behavior, don't know till now about career growth, learning many things about store work, environment also good to work...

...'s not like that..our duty time start at 8.30 AM & Finishing time minimum 8 PM..the salary we earn it is too small..so I am obliged by the attention of the higher officials to say that you will have a look at us🙏.. Thanks & Regards, Biswajit Ghosh.. Ph.no-980607983.

Star Cement is going in the right track for future growth so as to achieve its goal and Vision.

Dislikes

Strong and Transparent and HR Policy should be implemented, employee welfare and compensation should be taken care of at the same rate at which company is growing.

Salary & other perks paid on time Incentive structure is good if u capable to achieve

Dislikes

Unethical pressure to get sale Pressurise to work on Sunday also in case not achieving assigned target Start con call at 8 am every morning which is most irritating.
