...ng cement companies in Manipur, it almost dominate the whole market in volume. JOB SECURITY_ since i joined as a fresher in 2018 march in off roll basis , i dont have complete trust in job security but 100% works for pay roll employees. WORK CULTURE_ is good and strong. sometimes have to travel through different districts. Sometimes headache due to over demand and insufficient supply for short period. MANAGEMENT_ just awesome no doubt on it. POLICIES_ changes has to take place so do they. sometimes hard to convince to parties about discounts and bonus but that doesn't really affects the monthly targets. SALARIES_ is just fairly good if you start as a fresher comparing to those other companies and past 10 yrs freshers experience. For pay roll salaries , you'll have no regrets.

...rowth is not possible for off roll. no incentices for off roll nor appraisal. travel allowance is poor for us comparing to those of pay roll. pay roll and off roll has a wide gap in every aspects. the rest is ok.

1) Office infrastructure is excellent. 2) Salary on time. However in some cases it also get delayed due to inefficiency of HR department.

Complete favoritism & partiality culture. Even company's policy is not been equal for all. At once they will say that promotion is only due once you spend 3 years in the company on the other hand promotion is being given to favourite employee who have spent less than 1.5 years. This is a first company, I came across where HOD's are more concerned about their own appraisal rather than their subordinates. One HOD got double promotion where as employees who have spent more than 8 years in the company is yet to be promoted. The Company has one policy which leads to some appreciation for employees. Even such appreciation is being given to favourite employees only. There are many examples and

Working environment is very poor. Teammates and management are not supportive Company policies are not good (e.g., timing is not perfect)

Management does not address to our issues or concern. Salary and career growth according to the work is very slow. There is no perfect training given to the new joiners. And mostly we need to work for extra hours without any extra it's a 12h swe always have to work for 15-16hours everyday.
