Helps in understanding the business overall from sourcing, buying, merchandising, etc. Lot of NIFTians are there, so you get to understand fashion culture of India. The Home Grown program for a year is very good for NIFTians making them understand the nitty-gritty of business. HR's are accessible for conversation, very flexible, you can go to their cabin, they are willing to help. You can talk to anyone in the organization by booking their calenders, whether it's the CEO or any manager. Very open to discussion. Work life balance depends on role and project. Promotion are moderate, 5-7% yearly.

...ers though, but in terms of learning their are hardly and module based learning. 2nd Saturday working, and if you work some more hours there is no compensation. Office Infra are old fashioned, table tennis rackets are not replaced, no proper way of atleast team bonding.

Only in pen paper it's 8 hour duty but it's really 13+ duty hour,you can't manage work or life, no training for skill development, in short everything is fine but senior management team are too rough and unprofessional talking,

Job time it's not good, company not balance in life and job... And salary not satisfied with over job times...

No the company is not supporting in the lock down time.

The company is not supporting after resignation the higher authorities like manager,hr not supporting about salary . The team leaders and manager are seeing partiality about employee's working.
