My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter). This new position is closer to my home and does not involve night shifts. The offer letter is attached. I have also requested a ₹95,000 monthly salary increase and am awaiting their response. Could someone advise me on whether I should accept the new offer or remain in my current role?

Star automobiles is good company. And readily Bajaj two wheeler showroom .I love the fact i am a part of a team that markets reliable high Bajaj bikes had a district client base. As a result, I get to travel is especially to the village and small khasba .but on.site travel is completely dependent on your Bajaj bikes ana client location. thanks

Compensation is decent ,but groth is slow because showroom are not support 100/. So work pressure is very high . sometimes I have to work 16- 20 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night.showrooms don't value an individual unique strengths. Which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times.i do receive appreciation emails from my client.but they mostly go unnoticed during mymid year appraisals.and also there is hence senior folks like me have to guide them step by step which is a pain sometimes. Thank you.
