Company s ok...MD Mr.Avinash san well knowledgeable and good supporter with discipline person.....but Management s very worst and Big poor....Heavy political inside d company...very bad....no provisions for Technical person in dis Company...no one supports to hardwork member in dis worst management.... I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter).
