Company policies are great, offshore manager are very understanding and cool, work culture is great but their is not good transparency within Service desk team. Not all Shift leads in service desk team justifying their role and responsibilities, favouritism and politics is flooded.

Dislikes

The company Pune management is least bothered about accepting and managing the change. Incompetent people are being promoted consistently. No improvement even after the feedback. Does not have vision. The in productive engineering teams with utilisation around 50-60% with high salaries. Engineering desing manager had not signed single document with 0% utilisation on the job.

My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter).
